		<description>What do you mean, DC doesn&#039;t need home heating!? Last I checked, it does in fact snow here, and it does in fact drop below freezing in the winter.  I know you&#039;re from Boston, so January here is balmy by comparison, but it&#039;s not like DC is in Florida.</description>
