		<description>The D.C. height restriction absolutely needs a thoughtful and rapid repeal. It enforces homogeneity and blandness, radiating outward from that urban wasteland called the National Mall -- an outsize cemetery of presidential and cultural mausoleums. Density would inject some energy, especially if combined with better transit, transit-oriented development, and intelligent zoning.</description>
